Michelle Poley is the founder, curriculum designer and lead trainer of Denali Training Solutions. Over the past 25 years she has educated and inspired tens of thousands of people from hundreds of organizations throughout all 50 of the United States and half the provinces of Canada. These are the reasons we named our company for the tallest mountain on the North American continent. Denali, known to most as Alaska's Mt. McKinley, stands 20,320 feet tall. It was originally named by the indigenous Tanaina people of Alaska; "Denali" means "The Great One" in their Athabaskan language.
